Our mission is to prevent foreclosures by achieving loan modifications or work-out programs that are acceptable to both homeowners and lenders and that, more importantly, enable the homeowner to catch up with his loan repayments and get current. We do this by focusing on re-establishing relationships and communications between the mortgage lenders and the borrowers in default of their mortgage. Over the last 10 years, our services have helped many homeowners and borrowers arrive at mutually acceptable agreements with their lenders.
Our goal is to revitalize the housing sector and create a strong and viable housing market where foreclosures are avoided, and where borrowers and lenders, working through NEIGHBORGATE’s network of home retention specialists, continue to communicate and maintain a healthy and mutually beneficial relationship.
